Sunds Fibertech (https://www.sundsfibertech.com/) has been delivering machinery and service to producers of various wood fiber-based boards such as MDF, OSB, plywood, and particleboard worldwide since its inception in 2016. The end product is used for manufacturing furniture, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms, as well as for construction materials. Today, the company is a world leader with its own patents in areas such as energy recovery and emissions control.

Sunds Fibertech has received several awards, including “Best International Growth” in Ernst & Young’s “EY Entrepreneur of The Year” competition, DI Gasell, and “Company of the Year” in Timrå municipality.

This is a role for someone who wants to take clear ownership, work with technically complex projects, and contribute to strengthening and developing the project function. Here, you will have the opportunity to take overall responsibility for larger projects and contribute structure to the team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Taking over projects from the sales team and ensuring a smooth project start
• Leading and coordinating the work with specialists in design, process, and automation
• Ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met
• Ongoing follow-up internally and with the client
• Active and professional client dialogue throughout the project
• Coordination of manufacturing and installation
• Prioritization and structuring of parallel projects

We are looking for a self-driven individual who also contributes structure, leadership, and experience. You have previously worked in a technology-heavy organization and are looking for a new challenge.

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management
• You have experience from the process industry
• Valid driver's license (B)
• You speak and write fluent English
• You are available to travel for work

·       You have experience working in an international context/with international contacts

·       You hold an engineering degree

Start: By agreement.
Extent: Full-time
Working hours: Office hours on weekdays during the day.

Travel: Occasional
